Upon full payment for website design and related services, clients receive a license to use the delivered work for their business purposes. Custom code and design created for clients becomes their property upon project completion and payment.
Limitation of Liability
Positive Media Group LLC provides services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding specific marketing results, search engine rankings, or advertising performance, as these are influenced by many factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Work begins upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Horry County, South Carolina.
